Job summary

Kids and Family is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services for children 0–5 in homes, daycares, Head Start programs, and community settings in Philadelphia. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and educators to build independence and confidence.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized goals, and monitor progress while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in EI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing occupational therapy services to children ages 0–5.
• Conduct re-evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Develop individualized education plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, service coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Support and empower families through coaching and education.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and caregivers during therapy sessions.
