Job summary

Kids and Family is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services for children 0–5 in homes, daycares, Head Start programs, and community settings in Philadelphia. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and educators to build independence and confidence.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized goals, and monitor progress while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in EI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing occupational therapy services to children ages 0–5.
• Conduct re-evaluations and progress monitoring.
• Develop individualized education plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, service coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.

Kids and Family is a warm, established Early Intervention agency looking to grow our Occupational Therapy department! For over 18 years, we have proudly supported

Philadelphia’s youngest learners and their families by providing services to children ages 0-5 throughout the city.

Position Summary

As part of our OT team, you will provide ongoing occupational therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload in Early Intervention settings. Our therapists work with children with a wide range of developmental needs including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, fine motor delays, self-help and adaptive skill delays, emotional regulation difficulties, feeding concerns, developmental delays, visual motor deficits, social engagement challenges, and more.

Our therapists enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment where they are encouraged to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

• Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
