Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standing.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including ADLs and daily routines.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer treatment programs to increase independence in ADLs.
• Collaborate with other disciplines for coordinated care.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and adjust treatment plans.
