Job summary

Gracent is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Vernon Hills, IL. In this full-time position, you will provide personalized in-clinic therapy, utilizing evidence-based pediatric therapy services. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to support children's development and education.

Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, work collaboratively within a team, and have a passion for pediatric care, thus creating meaningful treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standing.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including ADLs and daily routines.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer treatment programs to increase independence in ADLs.
• Make cross-referrals to other disciplines as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and pediatric specialists for coordinated care.
