Job summary

Rehab Resources in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for the Birth to 3 (B-3) program (~30 hours/week) to serve Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids, and the greater Wood County area.

You’ll provide play-based therapy in home and community settings, collaborating with families and professionals to support early development. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin as a Pediatric OTR
• Experience in early intervention or pediatric therapy preferred
• Strong communication with families and professionals
• Comfortable providing therapy in home and community-based settings

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based therapy in home and community settings for infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support developmental goals.
• Support families through transitions and track progress in Birth to 3 program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Pediatric OTR
• Experience in early intervention or pediatric therapy preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Comfortable providing therapy in home and community‑based settings
• Commitment to professional growth, learning, and making a meaningful impact
