The role supports interdisciplinary care and family-centered planning, with a 1.0 FTE day shift schedule.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, Wisconsin OT licensure on hire, and BLS within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• 2 years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin Upon Hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Pediatric (Finance)

Work Schedule:

1.0FTE, day shift position, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. The weekly schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm. You will work at the University Ave Rehab Clinic at 6330 University Ave., Middleton, WI.

Pay:

• This position may be eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Pediatric to:

• Provide consultative and developmentally appropriate habilitative and rehabilitative treatment services to a wide variety of pediatric patients (infant to adolescent) in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based patient and family treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
• Work within the context of patient- and family- centered care in a primary and specialty care academic medical center.
