Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist or Assistant to join our team in California. The role focuses on pediatric therapy, working with licensed OTRs and other assistants to support students with disabilities in school settings.

You will follow care plans, assist with adaptive devices, and help maintain therapy spaces and equipment while contributing to a supportive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills and excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy guidelines and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy assessments to determine needs and goals for students with disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focusing on functional skills and daily living activities.
• Provide direct therapy sessions and collaborate with school teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities.
• Document progress, update plans, and communicate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
• Utilize therapeutic equipment and assistive devices, and support discharge planning and transition planning when appropriate.
