Fox Health is seeking experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide services in children's natural environments, including homes, daycares, and behavioral clinics. This role supports immediate or future start dates and emphasizes onboarding support.

You will manage full caseloads, develop individualized treatment plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to measure outcomes and ensure compliance with licensure and payer

Qualifications

• Experience as a pediatric occupational therapist.
• Ability to work in home, school, and clinical settings.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy using accepted best practices.
• Manage a full caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharges.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals.
• Complete timely, accurate daily documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements.
• Communicate consistently and effectively with families and caregivers to support carryover.
• Ensure services and documentation meet state licensure, payer, and company standards.
• Support clinical quality through adherence to best practices and participation in documentation reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes, performance improvement, and workflow planning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture.
• Maintain responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.

We’re currently seeking experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide services in a child's natural environment – that may be a patient's home, daycare, or behavioral clinic. We are hiring for both immediate and future start dates, and we work closely with every therapist to ensure a smooth, confident onboarding experience.

Compensation Structure

Compensation Structure: $35-$50/hr ($72,000-$105,000 annually).

Compensation is an estimate for a full-time employee or contractor. Benefits are only available to employees who meet qualifying criteria.
