Beach Kids Therapy Center has an IMMEDIATE full-time position for an energetic, motivated Occupational Therapist or COTA! Additional compensation available for SWC and CLASI certification. Come work in one of our fantastic, fully equipped facilities in beautiful San Clemente or Laguna Hills, California. We have a phenomenal team with many specialty areas including feeding, behavior, Floor Time, AAC, sensory integration, nutritional interventions, and more! Our team also works together to provide in-house events as well as community outreach activities.

Our practice emphasizes integrative and holistic interventions such as clean nutrition, natural non-toxic toys and equipment, access to mental health support, and much more!

We focus on creating a positive, growth-oriented company culture. This includes weekly departmental and clinical team meetings, as well as opportunities for program development and career growth.

Our San Clemente location features an 18,000 sq ft facility housing Beach Kids Therapy Center, Watson Sports Performance & Rehabilitation, and a FULL WORKOUT GYM, with memberships free to employees.
