Job summary

Quincy Medical Group seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, child-centered care in a collaborative setting. The role emphasizes one-on-one sessions and strong therapeutic relationships, with a voice that is heard and a schedule that respects work-life balance.

You will assess and treat the physical, sensory, developmental, and social-emotional needs of infants to adolescents, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.

Qualifications

  • OT or OTD from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Current Illinois OT license or eligibility.
  • Open to new grads and experienced pediatric therapists.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, treat, and manage the physical, sensory, development, and social-emotional needs of infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Provide one-on-one sessions and build strong therapeutic relationships.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and a psychologist.
  • Support after-school scheduling with core hours and flexible days.

You’ll assess, treat, and manage the physical, sensory, development, and social/emotional needs of infants, children, and adolescents—helping to improve their strength, coordination, sensory processing, visual processing, and overall function. What We’re Looking For
  • Degree: OT or OTD from an accredited occupational therapy program
