Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Mission, KS. You will provide therapy to children aged 3–6 in an ABA-based setting, focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder with an established caseload.

You will conduct 1:1 sessions (30–60 min), perform evaluations (~90 min), and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site with opportunities for leadership as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist; COTA welcome.
• Interest in working with a pediatric population.
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children, mostly ages 3–6.
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes.
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals.
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR.
• Manage your own daily caseload and schedule within clinic hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Location: Mission, KS / Lenexa, Kansas – Kansas City Metro Area | Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, on-site | Compensation: $80,000–$130,000+ ($50-$70/billable hour)

Overview

An established outpatient pediatric therapy clinic based in Mission, KS and serving the Kansas City metro area is growing its multidisciplinary team and seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. The clinic serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder within an ABA-based setting, offering an existing, strong patient caseload rather than requiring the new clinician to build one from scratch.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized therapy to children, mostly ages 3–6
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR
• Manage your own daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8:0 AM–5:00 PM, no weekends)

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation: $80,000–$130,000+
• $50-$70 per billable hour
• Annual compensation increases
• Full-time or part-time flexibility, with the ability to choose your own hours and schedule
