Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized, 1:1 therapy sessions to children, primarily ages 3–6.
• Focus on clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Run therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes.
• Conduct evaluations typically scheduled for about 90 minutes.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric clinicians.
• Document sessions and care using OpenEMR.
• Build and manage your own daily caseload within clinic hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends required.

Overview

An established outpatient pediatric therapy clinic serving the Lee's Summit, MO area is growing its team and looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist. The clinic works within an ABA-based setting supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and this role offers the chance to step into an already-built caseload while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary group.

What you'll do

• Deliver individualized, 1:1 therapy sessions to children, primarily ages 3–6
• Focus primarily on clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Run therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes
• Conduct evaluations typically scheduled for about 90 minutes

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation of $80,000–$130,000+ annually
• Billable rate of $50-$70 per hour
• Annual compensation increases
• Full-Time or Part-Time scheduling, with clinicians choosing their own hours
