Software Placement Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a pediatric ABA-based clinic serving Gladstone, MO, and the KC area. You will provide 1:1 therapy for children aged 3–6 with ASD, manage a built caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.

The role offers on-site work with options for full-time or part-time schedules, a standard Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM window, and opportunities for leadership as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist (COTA welcome).
• Genuine interest in working with pediatric population.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions to children (ages 3–6).
• Focus caseload on Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Sessions run ~30–60 minutes; evaluations ~90 minutes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric clinicians.
• Document care using OpenEMR.
• Shape daily schedule and caseload within clinic hours.

Location: Gladstone, MO (also considering Lee's Summit, MO) – Kansas City Metro Area | Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, choose your own hours, on-site | Compensation: $80,000–$130,000+ ($50-$70/billable hour)

Overview

An outpatient pediatric therapy clinic serving the Gladstone, MO and greater Kansas City area is growing its multidisciplinary team and seeking an Occupational Therapist to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in an ABA-based setting. With a well-established patient base already in place, this role offers the rare chance to step into a built-out caseload rather than starting from scratch, while working alongside a collaborative group of pediatric professionals.

What you'll do

• Deliver individualized, 1:1 therapy sessions to children, primarily ages 3–6
• Focus your caseload on children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Conduct therapy sessions running approximately 30–60 minutes each
• Perform evaluations, generally scheduled for about 90 minutes
• Partner closely with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric clinicians
• Document care using OpenEMR
• Shape your own daily schedule and caseload within standard clinic hours

Required qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist (COTA also welcome)
• Genuine interest in working with a pediatric population
• Comfortable and confident working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to individualized, child-centered care

Compensation and benefits

• Compensation of $80,000–$130,000+ annually
• Billable rate of $50-$70/billable hour
• Annual compensation increases
• Full-time or part-time scheduling with the ability to choose your own hours
• Clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements
