Job summary

Small Talk Pediatric Therapy in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You will build meaningful relationships with children and families, deliver evidence-based, play-based therapy, and collaborate with Speech, OT, and Physical Therapy professionals to support each child's independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Idaho Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Idaho licensure; NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based pediatric care plans with family involvement.
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and Physical Therapy teams to support progress.

Small Talk Pediatric Therapy is a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families throughout Meridian and the Treasure Valley.

Our multidisciplinary team provides Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy through individualized, evidence-based and play-based care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Idaho Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Idaho licensure.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility to complete applicable certification requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Commitment to individualized, ethical and evidence-based pediatric care.
• Experience developing home programs and educating parents or caregivers.
• Ability to complete required background checks and employment screenings.
