Small Talk Pediatric Therapy in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Idaho Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Idaho licensure; NBCOT certification or eligibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based pediatric care plans with family involvement.
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and Physical Therapy teams to support progress.
• Document care in a timely, compliant manner.
