The SpOT Clinic in Madison, AL is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a full-time position. You will provide pediatric OT services, guided by mentorship and a supportive team, with a sign-on bonus to ease the transition.

New grads are welcome and will receive structured onboarding and caseload guidance. Compensation includes an hourly base of $35+ (DOE), paid for time worked, plus a sign-on bonus and a potential salary/bonus structure after 90 days.

• Current AL licensure (or in process).
• Experience with children/special needs preferred, not required.
