Job summary

DICP is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to join our in-person clinic in California. You will provide therapy services to children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support families.

Applicants must hold an Occupational Therapy license. Experience in pediatric therapy is preferred, and growth opportunities are available within our collaborative, values-driven clinic.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• In-person work location in California.
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation and benefits ($90k - $120k annually for full‑time therapists DOE and 1 month paid leave).

Weekend opportunities ($10 weekend bonus per client hour).

$2,000 hiring bonus with 1/2 paid at 3 months (end of trial period) and 1/2 paid at 6 months.
