We're proud to offer a supportive, multidisciplinary, and family-centered approach that helps every child thrive. Our team is committed to creating a positive, engaging environment where therapy is both purposeful and playful—and where therapists are empowered to grow.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver personalized therapy using evidence-based practices and preferred clinical standards. Working closely with families and a team of like‑minded professionals, you’ll help children build essential skills to support their independence and development.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations to assess developmental, sensory, and motor needs
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s goals and family priorities
  • Deliver hands‑on, engaging therapy to support skills in fine motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and daily living activities
  • Collaborate with families and fellow therapists to provide coordinated, compassionate care
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support ongoing growth and success
What We’re Looking For:
  • A love for working with children and a genuine desire to support their well‑being
  • Creativity, imagination, and flexibility to make therapy fun and functional
  • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
  • A graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • NBCOT certification and active Florida OT license
  • Pediatric experience or pediatric fieldwork/internship strongly preferred
What We Offer:
  • Full‑time, W2 position with competitive salary based on experience. Contractor and part‑time opportunities also availible.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, retirement plan, and paid time off
  • A positive, team‑oriented work culture with mentorship and professional development opportunities
  • A chance to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of children and their families

If you're ready to be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and compassionate care, we’d love to meet you. At PTS, we don’t just help children reach their goals—we help our therapists reach theirs too.
