Job description

Join Our Growing Team Therapists at Gabriel Therapy Group! - Seeking Full Time Therapist

Are you a Pediatric Occupational Therapist looking to get back to the heart of why you chose this profession? Do you want to be part of a team that values meaningful, intentional therapy without the pressure of productivity quotas? Are you searching for a supportive, flexible environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally?

At Gabriel Therapy Group, we believe therapy should be impactful, joyful, and deeply rooted in relationship — for the children we serve and the clinicians who serve them. We are a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing evidence-based, child-centered care that transforms lives. And we are growing!

Why GTG:
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Design a full time schedule that fits your life — we believe your personal well-being is key to professional excellence.
  • Competitive Pay: We honor your skills and experience with highly competitive rates.
  • Supportive Culture: We are a family-focused organization where you’re never “just another provider.” You’ll be surrounded by leadership and colleagues who care about your growth and success.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our outstanding team of occupational therapists, physical therapists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Opportunities to Innovate: We encourage creativity and support clinicians who want to develop new programs, community initiatives, or specialty areas.
  • Fun, Uplifting Environment: Our culture emphasizes joy, play, and connection — both in therapy sessions and in the workplace.
  • Professional Development: Ongoing support for continuing education, certifications, and growth opportunities.
Your Role:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, functional treatment plans addressing children’s fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, regulation, and developmental needs.

Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions focused on improving participation in daily routines, independence in self-care, emotional regulation, motor planning, and school-readiness skills.

Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care and meaningful carryover across home, school, and community environments.

Educate and empower families through caregiver coaching, home programs, and practical strategies that support real-life participation and success.

Complete documentation in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapeutic environment that supports learning, regulation, and purposeful play.

Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture through open communication, shared learning, and mutual support.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Florida Occupational Therapy License
  • Pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Passion for family-centered, collaborative care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to continued learning and professional growth
