Job summary

Winding Willows LLC in the Greater Dayton Area (Miamisburg, OH) is seeking a compassionate pediatric occupational therapist to join our growing, therapist-owned practice. This part-time role offers an individualized pace for building a caseload based on your availability and goals.

You will evaluate and treat children, develop family-centered plans, collaborate with caregivers and educators, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team with clinical autonomy and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current Ohio occupational therapy license or eligibility for Ohio licensure.
• Interest in working with children and families.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Pediatric experience is helpful but not required.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow

Winding Willows LLC | Miamisburg, Ohio (Greater Dayton Area)

Winding Willows is a growing, therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a compassionate occupational therapist to join our team. This position offers an immediate part-time start with an individualized pace for building a caseload, based on your availability, interests, and professional goals.

Our practice provides pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, and developmental caregiver and child classes through The Nest. We value relationship-based, regulation-first care and believe therapists do their best work when their caseloads are sustainable and balanced.

What you'll do:

• Complete pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop individualized, family-centered plans of care
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment
• Help shape your caseload around your clinical interests

Winding Willows has an existing waitlist, allowing the selected therapist to begin building a caseload right away. Additional opportunities may include serving students through the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship Program and providing early intervention services in surrounding counties.
