Adaptations Unlimited, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team delivering therapy in homes and community settings across Northern Illinois. You’ll have the flexibility to choose communities and caseloads that fit your goals, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois license required.
• Illinois Early Intervention Credential training or eligibility; we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care—assessment and treatment of children in their natural environment.
• Contributing to writing IFSP at team meetings.
• Timely documentation of all services.
