Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients.
  • Deliver therapy services across clinic, home, daycare, and school settings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and functional needs.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are excited to offer a sign-on bonus for therapists who will be, or are already Early Intervention credentialed and prepared to begin accepting EI clients by July 15, 2026. Full-Time Team Members (28+ hours): $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule & Expectations
  • Flexible hybrid schedule with in-clinic work not required full-time
  • Full-time clinicians maintain approximately 30 direct service and evaluation hours weekly
  • Availability across five days per week, including at least one evening coverage day
  • Strong focus on efficient scheduling and timely responsiveness to referrals
Compensation

Base Salary Range: $72,000 – $95,000 annually

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Early Intervention credential or willingness to complete onboarding process
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients
  • Deliver therapy services across clinic, home, daycare, and school settings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and functional needs
  • Complete timely and compliant documentation within EMR systems
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Manage and maintain a consistent caseload and schedule
  • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities
Skills
  • Pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment skills
  • Experience with sensory integration and sensory processing interventions
  • Knowledge of fine motor, visual motor, and handwriting development
  • Activities of daily living (ADL) training including feeding, dressing, and self-care
  • Executive functioning and self-regulation intervention strategies
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and caseload organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary care teams
  • Family-centered coaching and caregiver education experience
  • Adaptability across clinic, home, school, and community environments
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
