SJS HSHS St. John’s Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Clinical Educator-Nursing to advance clinical education across the system. The role involves teaching nursing staff, promoting education, and delivering training both virtually and in-person across Illinois and Wisconsin.

A strong nursing background and teaching aptitude are essential. The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, RN licensure, and BLS; a Master’s in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth knowledge and demonstration of nursing skills to direct care providers.
• Promote education and development of staff across the system; teach virtually and travel to sites as required.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00–4:30; coordinate educational activities within Illinois and Wisconsin.
