Qualifikationen

• 3 years pediatric nursing experience.

• PALS/PEARS certification as required by dept.

• Facilitates onboarding of new employees including orientation socialization and integration.
• Develops and implements individualized orientation plans.
• Coordinates logistics of orientation for stakeholders.
• Develops and manages competency assessment and learning outcomes.
• Documents educational activities using LMS and LEAN methodology.
