Competenze

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Train new clinical employees and delegate training to others.
• Serve as point person for clinical processes and policies.
• Create and manage the clinical staff schedule and call-offs.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance/safety checks.
• Assist physicians with procedures, patient management, and documentation.
• Cover the office when the manager is unavailable.
