You will conduct wellness visits, immunizations, developmental screenings, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, collaborating with physicians and nurses. Strong communication and patient education are essential in our patient-centered, team-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing and GA NP licensure or eligibility.
• National board certification as a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Experience in pediatric primary care and preventive services is required or highly preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care for infants to adolescents.
• Conduct wellness visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses and document care in EHR.
• Order and interpret tests and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff; educate families.
• Engage in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.
