Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• Five or more years of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history.
• Performs physical examinations and screening on the patients.
• Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families.
• Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, condition changes.
• Delivers physician-level care while complying with policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
• Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required.
• Performs diagnoses health problems and provides medications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
