Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non‑profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Full‑Time Advanced Practice Professional (NP or PA) to join the Division of Pediatric Neurology at Morristown Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center and a satellite location which is to be determined. The ideal Advanced Practice Professional (APP) will have the opportunity to work with a flexible schedule and a passion for providing exceptional patient care, while working in a collaborative environment that is engaging and supportive.

As a Pediatric Neurology APP, you will be responsible for performing thorough history and physical examinations, ordering and reviewing results of laboratory and radiology studies, prescribing and renewing medications, and developing and appropriately adjusting treatment plans. Additionally, you will provide counseling and education to patients and families about neurological diseases and medications.

The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, working from 8 am – 5 pm with 1 late day per week and a call requirement.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
