Job summary

Pediatrica Health Group in Texas seeks an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient pediatric team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a physician-led environment.

The role requires PNP certification, an active Texas ARNP license, and at least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience, with daytime hours in a collaborative, team-based setting. A generous bonus structure is included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric evaluations, including medical history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and treatment plans.
• Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
