Job Opportunity: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Our group is currently seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an 8-provider team in Passaic, NJ. We are a premier outpatient pediatric group serving patients from birth to adolescence. We are specifically looking for a Spanish-speaking provider to join our team.

Compensation:

$110,000 to $140,000, plus DOE

Practice Details:

• Two office locations
• 100% outpatient pediatrics with some newborn rounding
• Hospital rounds only for newborns approximately every 5 weeks; no delivery attendance or C-sections required
• Five-day work week with every other Saturday; one weekday off during the Saturday workweek

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish is required due to a large Hispanic-speaking population
• 2024 and 2025 providers are welcome to apply; 0-1 year of experience considered, 2+ years preferred
• Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active NJ license required
• Experience preferred but residents are welcome to apply
• Experience with Epic/Practice Fusion is a plus
