Oak Pediatrics LLC in Westford, MA is seeking a passionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role focuses on well-child visits, preventive care, and coordination with physicians to deliver high-quality pediatric care.

You will provide comprehensive care for infants to adolescents, order tests as needed, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and educate families on health maintenance. Weekend on-call and one Saturday per month are required.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Massachusetts required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Pediatric NP specialization.
• Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) through PNCB or ANCC.
• Current DEA registration and MA prescriptive authority.
• Pediatric primary care/outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication with children and families.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive well-child visits, acute care, and preventive health services for pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care team.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, development, and disease management.
• Administer and manage childhood immunizations per CDC guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
