Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an established outpatient pediatric practice in Massachusetts’ Merrimack Valley region. The role offers full-time, on-site care for patients from birth through young adulthood in a collaborative setting.

Candidates should hold a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner credential, MA NP license, DEA and CS registrations, with at least two years of pediatric NP experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner credential.
• Active Massachusetts NP license required.
• Active DEA registration required.
• Active Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration required.
• Minimum two years of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Perform well-child exams, developmental assessments, and preventive screenings.
• Diagnose and treat acute and common pediatric conditions.
• Manage chronic and medically complex pediatric patients within scope.
• Create age-appropriate treatment and follow-up plans.
• Review labs and communicate results to families.
• administer vaccines and supervise immunizations.
• Educate families on development, nutrition, safety, and prevention.
• Coordinate referrals to pediatric specialists and community resources.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and MAs.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
