Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers or prescribes treatments and medications.
• Follows up and monitors patient’s progress.
• Documents the evaluation and plan of care.
• Provides patient education on a variety of health topics.
• Collaborates with allied health professionals.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
