Job summary

The HealthCare Connection (THCC) in Ohio is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. You will provide direct primary care, perform assessments, diagnose and treat, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for children.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, NP licensure in Ohio, and board certification, with a strong focus on family medicine and child health.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ohio.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in family medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions for pediatric patients.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
• Develop and manage treatment plans and educate families.
• Promote preventive care, immunizations, and health education.
• Document encounters and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team.
• Monitor progress and manage high-risk patients.
