Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in Philadelphia is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join the ambulatory care network. The role includes 24 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours, with collaboration under the Division of Ambulatory Care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Pediatric ambulatory care experience preferred.
• CRNP licensure required or to be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose including health history and physical exam.
• Order and interpret screening tests and lab work; formulate family-centered care plans.
• Provide interventions, follow-up care, education, and referrals as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care teams; participate in quality improvement.
• Engage in scholarly activities and ongoing professional development.
