Job summary

Urrly, Inc. seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to bring pediatric preventive care directly to children and families across Pima County.

This field-based role lets you set your own schedule, conduct scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits, and keep kids connected to follow-up care. You will review medical histories, perform appropriate screenings, document findings in the EMR, and educate families on next steps.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona.
• Registered/enrolled with Arizona Medicaid.
• PNP-PC certification, or another NP certification for pediatric services.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Comfort working independently in patients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits throughout Pima County.
• Review pediatric medical history, risk factors, vitals, and screening information.
• Complete preventive and age-appropriate pediatric assessments.
• Document visit findings accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on recommended next steps.
• Identify care gaps and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Manage your local route without daily clinic reporting.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Bring pediatric preventive care directly to children and families across Pima County. In this flexible, field-based role, you’ll set your own schedule, conduct scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits, help identify health needs early, close care gaps, and keep kids connected to appropriate follow-up care.

We’re hiring for 1 opening.

Role Snapshot

• Pay: $120 per completed visit


• No-show pay: $45 for qualifying no-show visits


• Location: Pima County, AZ


• Work setting: In-home visits with local travel


• Schedule: Flexible; set your own schedule


• Focus: Pediatric Well-Child Visits and preventive care

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled in-home Well-Child Visits throughout Pima County

What You’ll Need
