Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, review & revision of the plan of care
• Provide nursing care according to physician's plan of treatment and individual plan of care
• Observe, record & report reaction to treatment & any changes in the client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician
• Provide ongoing instruction & supervision to the client, family or other care team personnel in the plan of treatment
• Monitor & record the patient's condition & document provided care services through electronic charting
• Participate in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse meetings, & other staff meetings as required
