LPN or RN Evenings Bonus at Southern Health Partners

We are seeking part-time and PRN LPN or RN for evening shifts at St. Croix County Jail, offering flexible scheduling and competitive bonuses. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, administering medications, and following treatment plans in a secure environment. Location: St. Croix County Jail

Open Position: PT LPN or RN Evenings

Schedule: 3 - 8 hr Evening shifts per week, 2p - 10p

Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
• Follow through with established treatment plans
• Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
