Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients and assist physician during treatment.
• Ensure clinic flow by coordinating referrals, follow-ups, and diagnostic tests.
• Triage patient calls and work with the call center team.
• Follow up on diagnostic tests and report results to the provider.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists and schedule follow-up and procedure appointments.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
