Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care and assists physicians during treatment.
• Ensures clinic flow and coordinates referrals, follow-ups, and tests with the scheduler.
• Triages patient calls with the call center team.
• Follows up on diagnostic tests and reports results to the medical provider.
• Refers patients to specialists and schedules follow-up, weekly checks, and procedure appointments.
• Educates patients and family members.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
