Qualifications

• RN or LPN preferred with applicable licensure.
• Strong communication and patient-focused care.
• Ability to work four days a week on first shift.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care with the clinical team.
• Administer medications, injections, and routine procedures.
• Provide medical triage via telephone.
• Educate patients and families on health topics.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
