ADP, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide primary healthcare for pediatric patients in the El Paso area. The role emphasizes prevention, early detection and coordinated care within a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires an NP license in Texas, pediatric certification, and experience in community-based primary care. The candidate will maintain records, educate families and participate in on-call coverage as needed.

Formación

• Masters degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Texas APRN license and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Qualified for Professional Liability Insurance in Texas.
• Experience in community-based primary care preferred.
• Experience in clinical management, policy development and outcomes.
• Experience in population-based medicine and Joint Commission knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements a plan of care for pediatric patients with focus on prevention and early detection.
• Assesses, diagnoses and treats pediatric patients following guidelines.
• Provides care within established protocols and follows up as needed.
• Maintains accurate medical records and confidential information.
• Collaborates with Centro San Vicente staff and other providers for continuity of care.
• Acts as preceptor for students and supports health education programs.
