Qualifications

• Valid NP/PA license to practice in Texas.
• Experience in pediatric primary care or related clinical setting.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments of pediatric patients (Newborn–21 yrs).
• Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Provide anticipatory guidance and health education to patients and families on nutrition, immunizations, growth and development.
• Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, and other healthcare providers for complex cases.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with pediatric healthcare best practices.
