Job summary

Every Child Pediatrics is seeking a full-time certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Aurora clinic four days a week. The clinician will work under supervision in a nonprofit setting dedicated to underserved Colorado children.

The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and passionate about pediatric care, with strong communication skills and a commitment to comprehensive services including medical, behavioral health, dental, and nutrition support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Ability to advocate for patients and communicate with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patients' health history from interviews and records.
• Interpret health information and establish diagnoses with supervising physician.
• Perform physical exams and present results clearly to the physician.
• Develop and review treatment plans and initiate urgent actions when needed.
• Order and administer medications and coordinate related services.
• Educate patients and guardians about illnesses, prevention, and care.
