Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children’s seeks three Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Virtual Primary Care and Extended Care multisite practice in the greater Charlotte area, living in or near Shelby, NC. This hybrid role supports both VPC and EC platforms, with virtual and in-person care.

You will provide pediatric primary care services, including nutrition, education, chronic disease management, and after-hours coverage evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric primary care experience.
• Must be able to provide in-person care at the Shelby, NC location.
• Virtual/remote care for NC/SC/GA patients is expected.

Responsibilities

• Take medical history, perform exams, and daily assessments.
• Document encounters in the medical record.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans.
• Participate in practice meetings and policy development.

Pediatric PCP experience

Hybrid Virtual/In-person care

NC/SC/GA patient care familiarity

Education

Nurse Practitioner license
