Job summary

Advocate Health’s Shelby, NC area seeks three Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinicians for a hybrid Virtual Primary Care and Extended Care role. The APPs will deliver both virtual and in-person care, focusing on pediatric primary care with after-hours coverage in the EC model.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in pediatric primary care, be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner with a DEA, and be able to support NC, SC, and GA patient populations within a multi-site, family-oriented health system.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in pediatric primary care.
• In-person care at the Shelby, NC location.
• Virtual primary care for NC/SC/GA patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of virtual/remote and in-person care across VPC and EC platforms.
• Deliver primary care and after-hours care in the evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with physician team to coordinate care.
