Qualifications

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, etc.) in North Carolina.
• Board certification, if required by the department.

Responsibilities

• Obtains relevant health history and performs thorough physical assessments.
• Educates clients on medical conditions and treatments.
• Provides instruction to physicians and participates in community outreach.
• Engages in continuous quality improvement and develops new clinical programs.
