Job summary

SSM Health in Freeport, IL is seeking an experienced FNP/PNP to join our multispecialty pediatric clinic. You will see your own patients in a daytime, outpatient setting with imaging and labs onsite.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements, and options for a 4-day work week. Compensation includes experience-based salary, incentive bonuses, and a robust benefits package started within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current APRN licensure in IL.
• Graduate of a nationally accredited NP program.
• Family or Pediatric NP certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care in a multispecialty clinic and see your own patients.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and staff.
