• Manages and organizes the nursing schedule for the assigned areas or units.
• Assists with training and mentoring new personnel.
• Supervises nursing staff on assigned units.
• Contributes to or performs evaluations of nursing staff.
• Serves on nursing councils or committees to improve patient care or work area.
