Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating treatments.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and medication schedules.
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for patients.
• Coordinate referrals to other services and manage admissions and records.
• Serve on nursing councils, committees or projects to improve care and operations.
• Act as a preceptor in accordance with unit guidelines.
